Michael Ryan
Founder and Director
With almost 10 years working within SEO, Michael founded the company in 2019 and has grown it vastly since. Growing up in Essex he went into SEO immediately after the end of education and hasn’t looked back since.
An expert in strategic SEO campaign development and implementation as well as on-site optimisation, conversion rate optimisation, content marketing, consultancy, and much more, Michael would be happy to discuss any kind of SEO project you think would benefit your business. Michael’s approach to SEO is very simple: understanding your business. Only then can he maximise the results of your SEO campaign and provide the best ROI possible for your company. Once your strategy is in place, Michael is only a phone call away for any ideas or concerns you may have. He will oversee your project and constantly look for opportunities to improve your site’s SEO statistics.
Charlie Clayton
Senior SEO Executive
Charlie is the newest member of the team. As an SEO consultant, Charlie will assist on your bespoke strategy and implement changes across your site. Charlie will also be in contact throughout the month providing updates on SEO changes that him or Michael have implemented as well as sending you a detailed, concise monthly report so you know exactly what it is we are doing and how we think it will benefit your campaign.
With a degree in professional and creative writing, Charlie also specialises in developing written content for your site. Whether it be blog posts or on-page content, Charlie’s written work can help generate further traffic and click through rate to your site.
Kasey Wilkinson

I am now the newest member of the team, sorry Charlie I’ve taken away your spotlight. Joining as an Apprentice. I have a very bubbly personality with a desire to succeed and excel within digital marketing at MR SEO. I cannot wait to see where this journey takes me, working alongside two very experienced, successful people.
I am already managing and working closely with our many agency clients, providing updates on the campaign throughout the month and a detailed end of month report. Within this it will detail all statistics and increases we had seen that month, allowing the client to know exactly where we are within the campaign. I also use my creativity and eye for design to run the social media page for MR.SEO which I thoroughly enjoy.
